Speaker Made: Dell, is connected into the green port.

Removed required patches.
Install audio again.
Attach all requested files, do not ignore this request.

I removed all AppleHDA and reinstalled it with MultiBeast's ALC1220A driver. Then checked Clover Configurator and it shows 3 patches AppleHDA again(please see attached screenshot). But this time sound and youtube videos finally play! I don't know why.

Thanks for all your help @toleda!

Hi,

after some issues with the Nvidia Web Driver and the update to 10.13.5 I'm back with no sound.
But it's just no sound, also no kind of media starts playing (tested with youtube, VLC, iTunes).

Hardware Specs:
OS: Sierra 10.13.5
MOBO: Z270 Extreme4
CPU:core i7 7700K
Graphic: GeForce GTX 1060
Speaker: connected into the green port

I tested a bit around.
Displayport Audio is working
Media playing is possible with Displayport Audio or the Soundflower (except one) virtual devices.
Not possible with digital out, line out, internal speaker and sound flower device which is linked to the line out.
So media playback is really an issue linked to audio.

One more test:
I downloaded the Combo Update for 10.13.5, extracted and installed via Pacifist the AppleHDA.kext.
After a restart no more audio devices (Except the sound flower) available.
Installing the sound driver via audio_cloverALC-130_v0.5.command and reboot. kext changed, config.plist includes three more entries and in the other directory I found the ALS.kext. But still no sounddevices.
Then I tried something unusual: I didn't remove the things from cloverALC and start the installation via Multibeast and the selection of ALS1220. Since the next reboot the sound is working as expected.
Fingers cross...

1) My sound disappeared in my Sierra version so I updated to High Sierra. It didn’t fix the problem doing the update so I did a clean install and still no audio.
2) OSX 10.13.5, GA-H77-DS3H, Bios F9, Intel 3.39 Intel Core i5, ATI Radeon HD 5000 2048 MB
