Hi, I'm building a new machine using a Gigabyte Z370-HD3P & Core i5-8400 with integrated graphics. I've been struggling with modeling off other people's builds. Typically the integrated graphics are significantly glitchy and other things seem a bit weird. I think that's because I was loading the wrong iMac profile. Things just weren't as seamless as people's how-to's suggested. So, I went ahead and deleted my "install macOS high sierra" file from applications, which I was basing my unibeast USB drive from. I downloaded a new one from the Mac App Store. I checked the file sizes and they were indeed different, so I assume it was a later build of high sierra. I've now generated a unibeast USB drive based on the new download, reinstalled high sierra, and I can't seem to find anything wrong. The box boots from clover without unibeast usb plug in, just fine. I didn't even run multibeast yet.

I guess here's my questions:

Do I need to install kexts and other patches to make this box stable?
What can I show you guys to make sure things "look" right?
Any suggestions for me?

Thanks in advance.
