Pixel clock patch is not working.
Currently, no Intel HD Graphics product support HDMI/1440p.
All Intel HD Graphics products support DP/1440p

So let me get this right.

It doesnt matter what i do, if i use intel HD4000 over HDMI i wont be able to output 1440p?

Apologies for the delay in replying
Framebuffer edits are correct.
Which port, Dell?
Which port, Panasonic?
What problems are CoreDisplayFixup and IntelGraphicsFixup solving?

No worries :)
Dell is connected via DVI, port 0x6
Panasonic TV via HDMI, port 0x5

CoreDisplayFixup enabled for me higher res on Dell (2560x1440). IntelGraphicsFixup is a leftover, I kept it just in case.

Exceeded DVI spec: 1 x DVI-D port, supporting a maximum resolution of 1920x1200@60Hz
Likely, not enough graphics horsepower for both displays
No further suggestions

So, why does it work if I connect the Panasonic TV after boot?

No surprise, boot process is significantly different compared to hot plug.
Native HD4600, lucky HDMI hot plug isn't causing a kernel panic.

Yeah, yet still it works after hot plug. Before applying framebuffer patches HDMI hot plug was causing kernel panics.

I was able to finally solve this! I can boot with both monitors connected. I switched the outputs:

Panasonic TV is connected to DVI port (DVI-2-HDMI adapter) over 10m HDMI cable. HDMI Audio works without any issues.
Dell monitor is connected to HDMI port over HDMI-2-DVI cable, since only the DVI and DisplayPort inputs support 2560x1440 resolution.

Thanks!

(now hopefully on the right thread)

Hi,
I have a Dell Optiplex 7050 (Core i5 7500 with Intel HD 630) with 1 VGA, 2 DP and 1 HDMI connections and 2 Dell monitors with DP connections.

Currently I have full graphics acceleration with one monitor but the 2nd monitor isn't active (even if I only connect it after system boot).

Can you help me with this? I have attached both my ioreg and config.plist.
