Then I did a bit of evidence. (with Bluetooth stereo headphones)

Settings used:

SSD with High sierra selected from the boot of the BIOS, when I start clover bootloader I select the windows partition, I tested the headphones and it works all regularly (distance above 5m, excellent sound).

- I restarted the PC, in clover selected HIgh sierra (I tested the headphones but do not associate more with the PC). Performed debugging card but nothing to do.

-I turned off the PC, switched on and always selected High sierra. when the boot is completed, the headphones are associated but the problem of distance remains, etc. etc.:banghead::banghead::banghead:

You didn't answer my question.

You didn't answer my question.
I have been detailed but I answered you.
just restart windows and boot high sierra the headset does not associate, I have to remove it from the list and re-pair it, the sound remains the same always bad

So your answer to my question is "No. No difference when warm booting from Windows".
Which means your issue is likely a BT firmware compatibility issue with macOS.

Can I solve somehow in your opinion?

I thought the BCM94352z was compatible.

What card m.2 can I buy that works on both windows and macOS?

Various BCM94352Z cards come with different BT devices.
How can I check the BT model installed on the card?
With perfect BT? I don't know of one.
perfect no, but at least with decent audio:)

I think I'm the only one with this sound problem. that bad luck

You are probably not the only one.
But you should make sure other things are implemented properly (CPU PM, USB configuration, etc).
