I was able to fix the sleep! I mean it only works if I close the screen lid but that's enough for me.
I had to fix the EDID display profile using DarwinDumper app to get the binary EDID file and then Fix with FixEDID app. (this process is in the following url with post #11. There is a more detailed process in post #20. But I used only the basic information on post #11 to fix it.

To sleep to work properly don't forget to do do the Power Management for laptops.

Now Audio is still not working, I tried as informed in post #1 but no luck, I tried to manually patch the DSDT to layout 3 but no luck either. My codec ID is ALC255( ID is 0x10251127) so I don't think the fix on the "common problems in high sierra" is the fix since the codec ID is different. I might be wrong.
