Graphics
Intel HD 3000 + AMD Radeon 6490m
MacOS 10.13.2, installation done following Rehabman's Probook Guide with Clover UEFI hotpatch.
Intell HD 3000 - 1366x768 Lo-res config.plist, still have graphics glitches/artifacts, more after laptop wakes from sleep.
Is there anything more that I can do to fix these glitches?

"Problem Reporting" files are incomplete.
Read FAQ, "Problem Reporting" again. Carefully. Attach all requested files/output.

Use the tool mentioned in the FAQ, that way it is less likely you'll omit something.

Attached below are all of the problem reporting files.

Why is IOBluetoothFamily.kext patched?
No patching is done to it by the guide:
https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/...book-zbook-using-clover-uefi-hotpatch.232948/
Restore to vanilla by running the macOS installer.

The guide recommends OsxAptioFixDrv-64.efi, not OsxAptioFix2Drv-64.efi.

Also, you should install on HFS+J instead of APFS.
See guide:
https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/...n-high-sierra-update-or-fresh-install.232855/

Don't forget to do EC reset after making the corrections.

Ok, thank you. Will do a fresh install.

Btw, I didn’t manually patched anything. Just followed the Guide

The scripts in the guide do not modify IOBluetoothFamily.kext.
You must have done something to IOBluetoothFamily.kext (your kextcache proves it)

The drive is SSD - Samsung EVO 850 - 240 Gb and apfs is the only option.

Ok, I did a fresh install of MacOS 10.13.2
Glitches still present. config.plist is the default from Rehabman's GitHub, exept I've added SMBIOS ID.
Attached below is the report.

Edit: I did EC reset. Glitches appear rarely, again most often after sleep/wake cycle.
