[Guide] Dell Inspiron 15 7567 (and similar) (Near-Full Functionality)

Hi all,
I managed to get to the installer and after the first restart I selected the internal partition that the installer. Then the installer continued and after a short while I get the message that "macOS could not be installed on your computer" (see attached image).
I must mention that I chose APFS format and I want to install on a SSD on a SATA port (not the M2 port)

Any suggestion?

- Clover is old

Install latest RehabMan build of Clover with EmuVariableUefi-64.efi.

Thanks RehabMan, I definitely owe you a beer!

I obviously ran into another problem: my graphics card is not working as it should, more exactly I see a lot of glitches and everything is really choppy. The graphics card memory is 31 MB

I followed all steps from the guide and then patched the ig-platform-id to 0x19160000.
Other than that I installed the kexts for CoreDisplayFixup and Lilu (https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/...-sierra-coredisplayfixup-1-3-lilu-1-2.233382/) because I have a 4k monitor.

Attaching clover files and a screenshot of the overview from macOS.

Thanks!

Has anyone tried a usb-c to HDMI adapter to get 4k 60hz?

I'm thinking of getting the 7577 model which is currently on a really good deal. (Gtx1060 version for £1099)

Assuming it is attached to the Nvidia, you could use it if you can get the Nvidia drivers to work.

Hello everyone,
I somehow managed to install macOS and now I have one problem and one doubt:

1) NO AUDIO. I used files from the OP (AppleALC.kext).
2) Is Brcmfirmware required for wifi or bluetooth? I don't have a compatible wifi and I only use ethernet anyways. I am actually unable to turn off bluetooth.

For guys installing 10.13.2:
* Please update the lilu.kext, OP provided lilu kext causes kernel panic on this version.
* For my laptop, I had to install usbinjectall.kext and use the patch ports 15 to 26 to be able to install macOS from usb 3.0. I think its not needed for post installation.

Any help will be appreciated @RehabMan , thank you.
Problem reporting files attached (but first-time noob)

Your ioreg shows audio working. Check in SysPrefs->Sound... What is the issue?

BrcmPatchRAM2.kext + BrmFirmwareRepo.kext are for compatible Broadcom BT.
No expectation of power controls for unsupported BT controllers (yours is Intel... not supported).
