No Audio Devices - AppleHDA Realtek Audio

What you're saying is then restart and select the boot drive in the BIOS and in Clover, and run MultiBeast again?
Yes, MultiBeast/audio only.
don't see reference to it.
"Before you Install..."/Requirements
  • Clean macOS install (recommended)
    • Otherwise, remove any previously failed audio methods
Post #176/AppleALC is a method previously installed and not working as noted

Try the MultiBeast install again, no USB
Restart
MultiBeast/ALC892 only
Restart, reply with new files.

Remove FakePCIID_Intel_HDMI_Audio.kext
Restart
Reply with new files and EFI/CLOVER

Okay, let's see if I can break my perfect record of forgetting to include something (fingers crossed).

Thanks so much for your time and help!

Thanks Toleda.

Regarding removing the AppleALC, this was a clean install so I didn't do that initially.

I've already tried the MultiBeast install again prior to my last post and shared the files - you think it would be helpful to do again (a third time running MultiBeast overall, second time booting from boot drive and choosing just audio)?

Two questions before I take another stab at it:
  • If I were to do another clean install would that be better? Is there anything in the log files/plist/etc that would indicate what I should do differently this time around?
  • If starting from a clean install again, I would follow the guide, then boot from USB in BIOS/boot drive in Clover, run MultiBeast and select all options EXCEPT audio, then restart, boot from boot drive in BIOS/boot drive in Clover, run MultiBeast again and select ONLY audio, is that right?
Thank you very much.

My mistake, move EFI/CLOVER/ACPI/patched/realtekALC.kext to EFI/CLOVER/kexts/10.13/realtekALC.kext
Restart, reply with new files.
I thought that seemed weird but after my earlier errors I figured 'do as you're told'.

Thanks, here you go.

Yes.

Ok I have a problem where my Intel HD 4600 won't show up with HDMI Audio, regular audio works fine

1) ASUS Z97i-Plus BIOS 2704, Intel i3-4350T, using the iGPU HD 4600, running MacOS 10.13.1

2) Method used is the CloverALC method for High Sierra

Attached is the zip of all the files requested for problem reporting, EXCEPT I wasn't able to make a file for Console log...there wasn't a way to save to file (at least I couldn't find a way)
Also in the System Report > Audio my system doesn't show a Intel High Definition Audio section.... just Devices
