[Guide] Patching LAPTOP DSDT/SSDTs

Can someone pls disassembly my DSDT files? i just extrracted them from clover(pressing f4), but my macoss is installed on virtual machine, so i don't have access to /usr/bin i get this:
Maybe i can;t dissaseembly because of the vritual machine? any idea?

1s-Macs downloads a1$ sudo cp iasl /usr/bin
cp: /usr/bin/iasl: Operation not permitted

macOS/OS X on VM is not supported here. Install to bare metal using the guides available.

You cannot install things to /usr/bin without SIP disabled.
And obviously, you could install iasl somewhere else (/usr/local/bin, or even current directory).

Desktops are much simpler as they require less patching. No specialized hardware in a desktop such as brightness keys, brightness controls, battery, etc.

That said, many of the concepts apply to desktops.

Only to skip brightness keys, brightness controls and battery status
Then other can be applied ??
If I am using Graphics card then should not apply Rename GFX0 to IGPU maybe need to skip that too ??

No idea what you mean by "other".
You should apply patches as needed to solve problems.

GFX0 used to enable discrete/dedicated GPU PM.
IGPU used to enable integrated GPU PM.

Hi Everyone…
today finally my hackintosh audio is working…
And the graphic seems to be working but I think something is wrong with it,
cause when I try to log in, the screen flickers and also I can’t change the screen resolution …
(DVMT is set to 64mb)
I’m using (config_HD615_620_630_640_650) plist,right now, its OK
but when I use this one (config_HD615_620_630_640_650_spoof) the screen turns off after booting
and I can’t log in anymore…..
And also when I use dsdt just with GFX0->IGPU patch it sticks at this line(picture attached)

So now my problems are:
Screen filickering
Brightness control
Battery status(I don’t know which patch to use)

And at the end I have question:
My device has intel core m3 7y30 processor, the same as apple’s MacBook,
and devices like graphic and wifi are integrated, right?
So why these devices don’t work properly on my system?

Hi, I have working HighSierra on HP EliteBook 840 G3 (excepti Wifi,Bluetooth). Many works good, but shutdown is not working poperly, if I will shutdown a reboot is done! Battery is also nort working!
Can you patch my DSDT ? I have try'd your Probook Patch, but without success
