I managed to make internal speakers work again. But I don't know what is the reason still.
I replaced CLOVER folder with another one and it solved the problem. Both folders are attached.

You're probably using AppleALC.kext. Look at the differences in the config.plist files.

No, this is not the case. I tested using both of these directories and the same macOS partition. This way I became sure that bug is somewhere in EFI partition.
AppleALC.kext was removed from /Library/Extensions long time ago.

The only difference is your config.plist settings (having to do with -alcbeta, -lilubeta, etc).
And a few diffs related to audio injection with Clover.
And some patches related to HDMI-audio.
A few differences in drivers64UEFI.
CLOVERX64.efi is different but the same revision.

You can compare them yourself.

Right you are. There are no other differences. And I have no clue what breaks internal speakers.

Finally I just replaced CLOVER folder and now I'm 100% happy.

So if you want to know *why* the non-working one is not working, you would make one change at a time to make the non-working one match the working one. A bit time consuming and tedious, but you might learn something in the process.
 
Can i use this guide to install on Probook 4540s?
