I could almost swear it is, but I'll double check. If it's not anything I need to change in config before I turn it on?

If XHCI was set to Enabled and not Auto or Smart Auto then EHC1, EHC2 will not show in ioreg.

It was 'XHCI Handoff' I knew was on. 'XHCI Mode' was on Smart Auto. Changed it to Enabled and here's the ioreg after the reboot. Still having issues.

I looked over that, and most of it makes no sense to me. I deciphered what I could and I got a bigger problem now.

Near the bottom are "Specific Recommendations", I tried the FakePCIID.kext one, with FakePCIID_XHCIMux.kext. Immediately after installing them with Kext Wizard as suggested I lost all USB. Reboot didn't help. I have USB until the Apple logo comes up. I can't even get into OSX using the Unibeast USB. I'm in Safe Mode, but still no USB.

I'm doing this from another computer now.

How can I get in there to remove those kexts if I don't have USB?

Maybe you can enable SIP and boot without caches.

And how would I go about that? I'm assuming it's a boot flag in Clover, just not sure what.

Hit 'o' at boot menu for clover options. CSR Active Config to 0x0 -> check unsigned kexts. Unless you installed FakeSMC to your EFI folder, you probably need to boot with that Unibeast USB you mentioned.
