Sounds like it might be related to FakePCIID_Broadcom_WiFi or something. I don't have this issue and I have both "wake for network access" and webusb enabled. That's the only kext I don't use (assuming our systems are otherwise identical).

Maybe you forgot to disable "wake for network access" in SysPrefs->Energy Saver.
This checkbox on my system only appears on AC powered tab, but not on battery. If is it that you mention, so it is already checked.
Make sure Android File Transfer not installed and Google Chrome "webusb" feature is disabled.
(see FAQ for details).
Webusb was disabled, according to your guide and I don't have Android File Transfer installed.

I will try without this kexts. I only use it to make wifi card appear as Airport.

It should be disabled, not enabled. Therefore NOT checked.

You will need to provide ioreg in the scenario where BT is not working.

I already replied to those files.
Yeah, you did. Thank you for that.
We did not arrive in a solution for BCM94352Z on my system, but DW1830´s bluetooth worked great, so I adopted this card as my preferred.

Please make sure you add the third antenna, then, especially if you start to experience weird stability issues!

You should open a separate thread with a clear description of the problem.
And with current "Problem Reporting" files.

I have already installed the third antenna. My problem is not stability issue. After a cold boot with DW1830 on Sierra, OS X makes a solid connection with any kind of router, channel or wireless type (b, n or AC), but after wake from sleep, it sees all wireless available, but could not connect to some, specially the AC ones.
On El Capitan I can connect and reconnect after wake without any problem on AC routers.
