You probably need to inject EDID to get the internal recognized from the start..

I did a dump from clover and trying to find a clean and concise guide how to configure according to my DSDT.aml (looked at guides and have maciASL etc but still not clear what to do from there) and how to do the audio injection... I haven't worked on hackintosh since the first gen i7 days and managed to get my dual 460 video cards to work back then wasn't fun. From all the posts I was reading everyone said to forget getting the 1060 working due to Optimus but apparently it does work. I look forward to getting familiarized with the modifications again.

If it was Optimus, it wouldn't work...
But your profile says you have disabled Optimus...
Clover has some options for injecting EDID.

Well I just listed it as disabled, there are no options inside of the bios to turn it off or in Sierra that I see.... any card in windows that toggles between intel and the Nvidia is supposed to be Optimus. I am not exactly sure how it is working at the moment to be honest

The ioreg shows your internal display working on Intel HD530.
The external display is connected to Nvidia.
It is as expected with non-Optimus dual-GPU system (HDMI dedicated to Nvidia, internal display dedicated to Intel).

So I am stuck currently. I have not been able to make any progress with getting my DSDT to compile. When I leave my smbios setup as imac my hdmi out works, if i change to macbook or macpro, it stops working. If i use an external sound card (not my preferred option) it won't work under imac, but will detect when on macbook pro smbios. I am guessing different device ids are active when changed.

You should be looking at ioreg to determine the difference.
Your USB audio issue is probably due to incorrectly implemented USB (see FAQ for links).

IOReg to determine the changes between the 2 smbios / changes? or IOReg to look for the information of stuff flagged in the DSDT.dsl file , I am getting 127 errors : 63 warnings, 23 remarks, 68 optimizations
