Sorry for not noticing the problem reporting part.
  1. The HDMI audio problem was not solved but, as I said, the problem that the method created is a video problem. Basically, when booting to BIOS/Windows/macOS, the image is not sharp and the colours are darker, like if very high contrast was applied. The default resolution of my monitor is 1366x768. Before trying the audio fixing, the image was fine and when going to 1080p I could see all the screen. Now on both resolutions the image is strange, as stated above, and in 1080p I have to use the underscan setting to see everything. It worked just fine and the image was normal prior to applying the fix. One thing I noticed is that if I set the resolution to 1080 and then reboot, in macOS everything goes back to normal and I can set the resolution back to 1366x768 with a normal image. If I leave the resolution to 1366x768 when I shut down the PC, the problem reappears. In windows, however, the problem persists anyway. Maybe this information could help troubleshooting. I also reflashed and updated the BIOS but there were no changes.
  2. OS X version: Sierra 10.12.4. Motherboard model: Gigabyte GA-Z170XP-SLI. BIOS version: F20 (It was on F6 and I hoped that updating would help). Processor: i7 6700k factory clock. Graphics: integrated intel HD530.
  3. Procedure/Guide Used
    1. I used the command method by downloading it from the provided link and ran it.
  4. File included.
  5. Screenshots
    1. System Information/Hardware/Graphics/Displays included
    2. can't find the DPCIManager in the download section
  6. RTF file included (copied and pasted, no save as option for some reason)
  7. System/Library/Extensions/AppleHDA.kext not present (since fresh install)
  8. n/a
  9. Clover
    1. EFI/CLOVER/config.plist included below
    2. DPCIManager/Misc/Boot Log - can not find the download
    3. EFI/CLOVER/ACPI/Patched/dsdt.aml does not exist
    4. EFI/CLOVER/ACPI/Patched/ssdt.aml does not exist
All the uploaded files are created with a fresh install and booting with the normal resolution that creates the problem, as stated below.
Please let me know if you also need the files created with the working image by using the higher resolution when shutting down. Also let me know if you need any other file and how to download the DPCIManager app if needed.
Thank you for the support, I hope we will be able to fix this.

A 1366 x 768 display cannot do 1920 x 1080, best is 1280 x 720 (720p). Off topic.

@toleda the problem is not on 1920x1080 only. The image and colors are messed up on the 1366x768 resolution after the fix as well. My problem is not that the 1080 image can not be seen completely (although it worked before), but that by using normal resolution (1366x768) it is still messed up. Also, why is this off topic since I am asking help about the effects that the instructions on this thread had on my system? I was hoping that, since you made the script, you knew what it could have done and possibly any solution. And if you know any, please let me know.

Sorry about that, I didn't see that either.

1. No Audio over HDMI so far no matter what I try.

2. OSX Version 12.2.4/ Gigabyte GA-Z170N-WIFI/ i7 6700k/ Internal Graphics

3. I tried using the CloverHDMI command

4-7. Everything is attached. The only thing I could figure out how to get ways the Copy of Console/All messages (last boot). Everytime I hit Console/File it never showed 'Save a copy as'

9. Clover - files attached.

Thanks for the help!

it is still messed up
IOReg shows graphics is recognized and enabled. The script does nothing to or for graphics. You have a resolution problem with your graphics card and display. Post to Graphics forum.

I'm sorry, I don't fully understand this. Are those things that I need to add or are they things that are missing. Thanks for the help!
