Your DP port is on the 0306 connector.
You could patch the framebuffer to include only this external connector...

Add the following two patches for com.apple.driver.AppleIntelFramebufferAzul to the *END* of KextsToPatch.

Find: <0600260a 01030303>
Replace: <0600260a 01030202>

Find: <01050900 00040000 87000000 02040900 00040000 87000000 03060300 00040000 87000000>
Replace: <03060300 00040000 87000000 ff000000 01000000 40000000 ff000000 01000000 40000000>

No "Problem Reporting" files attached.
Also, you will need to completely describe "same issue".

The same issue means
1) I plug in DP and close laptop in that case DP doesn't work and if close laptop both display are black so help only reboot
2) Laptop is closed and DP is connected in that case other display is work but if I open laptop it will cause reboot.

Thanks

1) Already addressed previously. Plug in the external monitor after booting to the desktop.
2) Did you boot without the external display plugged in?

Note: Mistake fixed in 2-port patch in post #6150.

Please fix your profile as per FAQ. There is no indication in your profile/signature that you even have a Probook...

Note: USB WiFi is not recommended. Also, your 'en0' assignment is wrong (App Store will not work).

Yes I tried to plug in after booting

At the moment I already had similar fixes (see attached image)
so in that case which one I should leave at result.
I've tried to add in the end this two items from #6150 but still without success
I'm really a bit confused as I'm new in hackintosh

Thanks

Yes I tried to plug in after booting

What are the results with this.
Boot the laptop, login.
Plug HDMI monitor in...
Connect external keyboard/mouse.
Close laptop lid...

The patches in your config.plist are not as expected.

The two patches were intended to be *added* to the *already existing* patches.
It appears you removed the other patches.

Start over with guide plist.
Then add the two patches as I wrote before...
Reply with results of the test and problem reporting files.

What do you mean "Start over with guide plist." Is it that config.plist that I've attached in #6147 or some other?
I'm asking as you mentioned that that items on image was wrong.
I've attached that config is it that you expect or there something wrong?

Thanks

This plist has the wrong patch to change the port count.
You have, Find: <0600260a 01030303>
Should be: Find: <0600260a 01030403>

... as per post #6150
