Hi all,
first off I am a complete newbie so apologies for having to post this.
I have read topics in this page https://www.tonymacx86.com/forums/audio.14/ but am not confident I have understood much.
I have this http://www.asrock.com/mb/intel/z97m anniversary/ motherboard and a 3.60 gigahertz Intel Core i7-4790.
The machine uses Clover and dual boots Windows 10 and OS X Sierra.
I have sound via HDMI on my monitor while in Windows 10 but nothing in Sierra, I have output selected to HDMI and have also set up the audio midi correctly (i think, as HDMI is listed).
Any help gratefully accepted but please bare in mind my knowledge level or complete lack of it ;)
Let me know if any further info is needed and very many thanks again.

Thanks so much for the reply, I have looked at this but due to my level of knowledge am totally unsure of what I should do. If you don't mind a bit of hand holding I'd really appreciate it and if not I totally understand. Thanks again
