No Audio Devices - Realtek ALC AppleHDA [Guide]

Yup, enabled. Using onboard audio already in Windows.

PLEASE IGNORE - WHEN I CHECKED, IMMEDIATELY AFTER WRITING THIS - THE AUDIO WAS ACTUALLY WORKING

I guess it knew I was writing this post - so it decided to behave itself.

Hi

I am very new to the wonderful HackIntosh process and whilst most things have worked I cannot get the audio working. I am probably a bit lost in the overall process but I have tried to follow the instructions as carefully as I can and attached the files requested. I cannot seem to download the DPCIManager due to warnings on SoundForge about Malware and I never get past the warning screen.
  1. “No Output Devices Found” in system preferences
  2. macOS Sierra 10.12.3
    ASUS Z170-E BIOS ver. 1302
    Intel i5-6600K CPU @3.50 GHz
    NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970 Turbo 4096MB
  3. I followed this guide. I believe I have an ALC887. Used multibeast and selected realtek alc887/888b. No Input or Output devices listed.
  4. Ran audio_cloverALC-120_v1.0d.command -> Text is attached as audio_cloverALC-120_v1.0d_TEXT
  5. IORegistrryExplorer --> File name is IORegistryExplorer.ioreg
  6. AppleHDA.kext attached
  7. Clover config.plist attached
I would be extremely grateful for any help and support which anyone can provide.

/Niall

sorry for not reading the 200] pages of this thread.

here my last post from another thread. The moderator wanted me to post here.

Then, what does that mean - and why isn't it repeated in Installation guide of 10.12, only in 10.11 ?
"If your system requires installing Clover to the root of the drive, such as Gigabyte 6 Series and X58 systems, skip to STEP 6."
Perhaps, my english is too limeted, but I thought all other systems were able to go on with Multibeast, except Gigabyte 6 Series and X58 systems - they have to use clover. So, can anyone explain the cited phrase? Is it my misunderstanding? Or is it wrong, as (in my limeted understanding of non-scientific english) the moderator in my view suggests.

Different (new) question>
will I loose Audio when I try a direct upgrade from El Capitan to Sierra

would a clean install of Sierra be much better, now that I know I was able to install some Audio in El Capitan .

last week I failed to get a fresh install of Sierra (Multibeast&Clover) working with Audio, so I then tried El Capitan and Multibeast, but that did not work to get Audio ALC889 working, so I installed it new (without Multibeast, just Clover/root and Audio, at least Stereo works, do not know how to get analog 5.1 easily working, I fear I will damage everything to just add any modification for 5.1 / not used to Clover.

PS> is there any chance that I can get the in/built speakers of mz monitor *2560x1440) working e.g. via Displazport *either HD graphics 4000 or mz not yet working Sapphire HD5750 graphics card
