I don't know what region you're in, but Dell has the BCM94352Z (DW1560) available for approx US$25.
You can also find these devices on ebay.
I don't know of any cheaper/WiFi-only NGFF device compatible with macOS/OS X.

In italy it cost 60€
But i think i will found on ebay.com

BTW RehabMan, I have a small question - Do all of the MHF4 antennas the same? If my current card is using this kind of antenna but doesn't support 5Ghz+ac, will a supported card work with that antenna?
I still need to add a second one, but don't know if I should also replace the current antenna.
I know you might say I need to open another thread for that question, but I only want to ask that so I don't think it would be quite useful to open a thread for 1 comment in it. It's also related to this subject :)

You can find it for about $30 on ebay/aliexpress.
Make sure you have compatible antennas, and that you have 2 of them.

BTW axel9546, you might want to check what's your current card has 2 antennas, as mine only has one (A new Skylake laptop, and still... :/ )

I have no idea. All I know is I purchased some antennas for a BCM943602BAED from ebay and they worked...

Didn't you already have antennas on your laptops? Or we're talking about on of your desktops? :O

As feartech already said, you can open it.
I was searching a bit, and for me it seems you may have a Mediatek MT7630e which has 2 antennas and it's half mini PCIe.
Your laptop was maybe upgraded since the one I saw, so it was maybe replaced with an NGFF (M.2) card or whatever...
So yeah, I would suggest you to open it.
