As feartech already said, you can open it.
I was searching a bit, and for me it seems you may have a Mediatek MT7630e which has 2 antennas and it's half mini PCIe.
Your laptop was maybe upgraded since the one I saw, so it was maybe replaced with an NGFF (M.2) card or whatever...
So yeah, I would suggest you to open it.

What do u think? Which one i have to buy? i need only wifi, or if u know a valid wifi+bt not too much expensive will be good
