How did I know that?

If I look into System Information > Audio, it says

Built-in Input:

  Default Input Device:    Yes

You would need to provide your ACPI files and the patch you're trying to apply.
Also, you need to fill out your profile as requested in the FAQ.

Provide output (in Terminal):

kextstat|grep -y acpiplat
kextstat|grep -y appleintelcpu
kextstat|grep -y applelpc
kextstat|grep -y applehda

Attach EFI/Clover folder as ZIP (press F4 at main Clover screen before collecting). Please eliminate 'themes' directory. Provide only EFI/Clover, not the entire EFI folder.

Attach output of (in Terminal):

sudo touch /System/Library/Extensions && sudo kextcache -u /

Compress all files as ZIP. Do not use external links. Attach all files using site attachments only.

I disassembled your files in ACPI/origin:
iasl -da -dl DSDT.aml SSDT*.aml

Then I applied the patch in 2_led_blink.txt. It applied successfully.
Your patched DSDT in ACPI/patched/DSDT.aml shows the patch is already applied.

You have graphics issues due to using an invalid FakeID. Remove.
