Almost 1 year unsolved Kernel Panic!! (can anyone help me?)

OK , no kernel panic this time ..
I boot unibeast USB successfully , and the white line under Apple logo reached 50% (probably) , but after that Apple logo changed to white block logo ..
I tried with nv_disable=1 and GraphicsEnabler=No but that didn't help ..

can you help me ? please ?

GraphicsEnabler=No has no effect with Clover (that is for Chameleon/Chimera).

I have no experience with hardware as old as yours.

Old hardware such as this will require USB, SMBUS, LPC, HPET, HDEF patches. Looking at you're picture looks to be USB that can be caused by AppleHPET or require USB patches. They are easy to do.
