I just use it once... but when I sleep my machine, and wake it up, Android File Transfer not running.

Android software is known to cause issues with Sleep in OS X. Try removing it.

I just use it once... but when I sleep my machine, and wake it up, Android File Transfer not running.

It shows clearly in your ioreg. If you think you removed it, check in ioreg (or post "Problem Reporting" files).

Rehabman I got new problem here..
my eliebook 8470p have eSata Combo. when I Plugged USB Flahsdrive, it's not appeared on finder,disk utility, and system information (usb section)..

and when I Plugged my external 3,5 hdd external, its appeared as internal hardrive (Grey HDD Icon) not External Drive (Orange and white icon)

how to solve this ?

Rehabman I got new problem here..
my eliebook 8470p have eSata Combo. when I Plugged USB Flahsdrive, it's not appeared on finder,disk utility, and system information (usb section)..

and when I Plugged my external 3,5 hdd external, its appeared as internal hardrive (Grey HDD Icon) not External Drive (Orange and white icon)

how to solve this ?

Go through the procedure in the guide, "USB customization". Attach resulting ioreg. Please identify the port which is the problematic port (as seen in ioreg).

Your ioreg you provide here shows no such device connected.

I'm Pretty sure, when I save ioreg file, I Plugged the usb flashdrive into eSata Combo Port. that's the problem rehabman. My eSata Port cannot detect USB Flashdrive and also My HDD External detected as Internal Hardrive...

Here, I reupload again the ioreg file

*My hdd external drive is connected into generic USB 2 not eSata Combo Port. Because this machine cannot detect the external hardrive when I Plugged into eSata Combo port, after I woke it up from sleep

Read guide, post #1, "USB customization". You are not following the procedures as detailed there.
