Looks like in messing with the kexts that were installed, you managed to damage the permissions:

IOath3kfrmwr.kext has incorrect permissions; omitting.
FakePCIID_XHCIMux.kext has incorrect permissions; omitting.

Running install_downloads.sh should fix it.

First you need to fix the obvious problems (as shown above)...

After you get that done re-evaluate... and read post #1, "USB customization".

Make sure you update your copy of the repo.

Use Clover Configurator. Save to separate plist. Open both your real config.plist and the one created by Clover Configurator in a plist editor (such as Xcode or PlistEdit Pro). Copy/paste the SMBIOS section from the CC created plist into your real config.plist.

how can i see that the -uia_ignore_rmcf was booted?

I edit with the Program PlistEdit in the config.plist on Boot Arguments String dart=0 kext-dev-mode=1 -uia_ignore_rmcf

is that right?

Either will work. With the BCM94360HMB you will probably need to install new antennas in the laptop. It uses smaller connectors than BCM94352HMB and three antennas instead of only two.

Your APCI files are not current. Update to latest copy from the github project.

No ioreg with -uia_ignore_rmcf provided.
