Hey Guys!
I recently build a Skylake Hackintosh with a Gigabyte H170n mainboard and it worked out very well. Thank you so much to all your good advices! :)

Now I want to build another Skylake one based on a H110 mainboard, but i didn't find anything if this could be working. I have my eyes on the Gigabyte H110n and the Asus H110i-Plus.

Is there anyone who has some experience with them? Would be glad to hear a opinion. Thanks!

Though I haven't yet seen anyone post a build using an H110 (or Q170, Q150, or B150) based motherboard yet, I'd be VERY surprised if there were any problems. All of the 8 & 9-series (Z97, H97, Z87, H87, H81, Q87, Q85, B85) chipsets worked, and I can't think of any reason the other 100-series wouldn't. Be sure to report back if you decide to try it.

This is what I had in mind too, but it seems strange to me that none of the other 100-series boards be mentioned in any recommendations. I think i will give it try and take the Gigabyte H110n, if only it worked so well with the H170n...

Installed H110i-PLUS from Asus without important problems. Network works fine with Realtek RTL8111 and now I'm trying to install sound.
I will post the results.

I got it also working with Skylake, sound and network are fine! :)

Hi dtd2409!
I got the GTX950 and LAN working fine, and the only thing missing is sound. What was your approach? What method have you used?

Thanks!

PD Sorry for my English, I'm from Spain!

hi angusin,
Sound works fine on my asus h100m plus d3. it's the same specs as your asus h110i except for more pci and usb 3.1.
i installed the ALC887/888b kext with multibeast.
Everything works fine except for sleep, do sleep work for you?

My specs are very basic:
asus h110m plus d3 motherboard
8gb ddr3 kingston memory
intel graphics hd530
intel core i3-6100 3.7ghz

I didn't get it with multibeast (8.2.2) working. Did you use the ALC887/888b or the legacy one and did you modify the audio id in your plist with inject 1?
My solution was in this thread, I used the CloverALC-110 Command and it worked:
http://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/audio-realtek-alc-applehda-guide.143757/

I don't use sleep mode, so i can't tell you, if its working...

i used the ALC887/888b with multibeast 8.2.3. i did not have to do any mods to the audio id it was automatically done by multibeast i think!
Checking my config.plist i can see audio inject 1.
i can send my config.plist if you want to have a look at it?

can you tell me bios setting?!
in successfull install on my Asus H110M-E by unibeast 6.2.0 and EC 10.11.4
but recently I reinstall 6.2.0 with 10.11.5 but only get to installer in safe mode and cannot install multibeast 8.2.3
My bios setting : VT-d = disable, XHCI = enable, operate system: Other OS

You guy have any suggestion??

My spec:
I3 6100
ASUS H110M-E (using HDMI do DVI converter)
8G DDR4 G-skill Memonry
HD530
