Another quietion,is your cloveralc.command on github for desktop only?

My system is basically Stork's skylake build;
ASUS Maximus VIII Gene
Skylake 6700K i7
16 GB 300 MHz DDR4
250 GB Evo SSD
Using Model identifier Mac Pro 3.1
I have uploaded a bunch of the data regarding my set up. I have a problem in that no sound comes from my JUSTer Multimedia powered speakers which are plugged into the lime green jack in my motherboard in the back. I have also tried the black jack with no success. In contrast I can play music from iTunes over my network to an Apple express attached to my stereo set up. Just no sound at the computer speakers. I have set the system Pref/sound/output to internal speakers. The volume is turned up. I had no problem with the sound until I installed the newest drivers for the EVGA GeForce GT 740 video card. At that point I lost the audio. I am not sure what some of the other information you asked for on the Guide list is, but if there is more ended to figure this out, please let me know.

Audio ID: 3 is not correct, Use Audio ID: 1
IOReg/no iTunes.
See Post #1/I. No Sound/1. Audio Outputs/1. Speakers
Run the experiment as described and reply with new files.

Not sure I totally understand your request. I followed the instructions on Post #1 No Sound There is still no sound from the orange port or the back port, nor the front panel earphones, with iTunes playing, 75%, unmuted. I don't have a way to check the optical port.
What new files can I send?

Sorry for the offtopic in the different thread. I'm aware this is not directly related to this thread, but tbh don't really know where to post it, maybe I could at least get some leads on this.

Description:
When waking up from sleep audio volumne on max volume is at around 20-30% of what it is when doing a fresh system boot/restart.

Versions:
- OSX: El Capitan 10.11.3
- Mobo: MSI Gaming 5, Bios: 1.0C

Install procedure:
I've used audio_cloverALC-110.command, everything installed correctly

Hello, Toleda.

* Audio problem: After install 10.11.3, no audio. I looked for AppleHDA.kext in the wrong place (HDD/Library/Extensions), so I thought I did not have it. Got it from USB installer, used Kext Utility to install it. Still no audio. Ran audio_cloverALC-110.command.
Audio was "working". No audio coming out of the green output (line out), but instead coming out of the black output (rear speaker out). Also, audio was coming out of front headphone output. Stepped out to eat something. When I came back screensaver was on (not sleep), after I logged back in, no audio from anywhere.

OSX: 10.11.3
Mobo: GA Z170X-UD5 TH, BIOS version F5b
Processor: i7 6700k
Graphics: GTX 970

Procedure/Guide Used
I used MultiBeast 8.0.1 to install only Realtek ALC1150.
After some troubleshooting, I used audio_cloverALC-110.command
Also, modified config.plist to add: <string>Rename HDAS to HDEF</string>

Thanks in advance for your help.
