Here I am, once again.

It's so frustrating; I can get to the installer of El Capitan hassle free; only to find that none of my usb-ports work. Front, backport, 2.0, 3.0, none work. They all work perfectly fine in Yosemite.
Without USB ports I can't install, since mouse and keyboard aren't working.

I've tried litterally every possible fix out there, except the ones only applicable to a full installation since I'm booting the installer.
I'm booting the installer from a small partition I made on an internal SSD, since I couldnt boot with an USB stick (because no ports are working as soon as I get past clover duh).

In short, I tried editing my DSDT with various patches, I tried various kexts (FakePCIID, InjextAllUsb etc.), tried various Clover SMBIOS'es.
I have no idea what to do anymore. Attached are my DSDT and clover.config.

A thing worth mentioning; as soon as I get to the installer USB devices do seem to be powered; my audio interface looks to be turned on.
Whenever I take out my USB mouse and plug it back in the LED's turn on for a very brief moment (I'd say 0.5 second) and then turns off again.

Any help is very much appreciated!

There must be one USB port working, otherwise you would not be able to reach the installer.

Use a USB hub in that one port to connect the USB installer stick, keyboard, and mouse.

Also complete guide (amost all steps can be done prior to installation):

Why must there be one port working? Like I said, I'm booting the installer from an internal SSD.

I assumed when you said you were reaching the installer, you were doing so from USB.

If no USB ports are working, you will need to implement some of the fixes as mentioned in my guide.

I'm already familiar with your guide, and I tried everything that was comprehensible for me. That being using the FakePCII kextst and the InjectAll kext, renamed everything in my DSDT, nothing worked.
I guess the only way would be to make a custom injector, but even though I read through your guide this all seems a bit too complex for me. If you could give me a helping hand with that, that'd be very nice!

Indeed, I did. One of the first things I tried.

I'm wondering if it's a BIOS thing at this point if no USB devices work. Have you set Optimized defaults? Make sure XHCI and EHCI Handoff are set to Yes if those options are there.

I've been wondering the exact same thing, I've checked my BIOS settings over and over again. I only disabled the 3.0 controllers.
