Thanks for directing me to the terminal to rebuild cache - I can see the problem - the cache rebuild is failing and kext wizard never said anything.

Prelink failed for org.mozodojo.WinbondW836x; omitting from prelinked kernel.

Your system is really messed up. Those kexts are from a very old FakeSMC that hasn't been used for several years.

Odd because the modfied date is has 2015 in it.. I'll search for the latest model - but I assumed it would be loaded by PBI. Thanks. I should start there!!! Thanks for helping again.

That is the latest FakeSMC.

Your problem lies elsewhere. Other kexts you have installed...

Your WiFi is BCM94313 and is not supported. See post #1 for recommended WiFi hardware.

but Yosemite doesn't recognize it...

You need FakePCIID.kext+FakePCIID_BCM94352Z_as_BCM94360CS2.kext

I follow your step on Installing Window 7 64 ultimate in UEFI mode and fail for some reason

- I did format the drive with Disk Utility
- Boots with DVD in UEFI
- I use Window Installer to "delete" and "reformat" again
- I install the window 7- 64 bits
- I did log in to mac and reconfig EFI

THEN - I cannot boot into my Window 7 again in EFI mode. The screen is just black

Is that the issue is OSx change my Windows HD Drive to GPT/Hybrid Mode as you mentioned ? or else ?

Windows 7 requires CSM enabled in BIOS.
