I don't think you understand the issue.

You need to install compatible hardware. Apple does not use Intel WiFi/BT.

But as you know my BIOS has a whitelist for built in wifi so I can't replace it unless flash a hacked BIOS

Keep in mind some Lenovo laptops allow cards not documented in the service manual (my u430 accepts a Azurewave BCM94352HMB even though it is not listed as an official part).
