No Sound - Realtek ALC AppleHDA [Guide]

When I ran the patch it gave an error saying it wasn't the original kext. I also had the patch file downloaded twice and it had been run before... How can I tell conclusively if the patch has been run? I remember running it, but I've tried this a few times
I've installed the default AppleHDA and repatched.

Patch output:

Thanks

installed the default AppleHDA and repatched.
Same problem. Ignored Post #379.
Doesn't matter what patched AppleHDA.kext you install, the result is exactly the same.
x99 audio requires audio_alc_x99-hda-100_patch.command; run it.
Reply with x99-hda-100_patch terminal output, patched AppleHDA.kext, IOReg.

I'm sorry I'm confused. That's exactly what I did in the above post... I even included terminal output.

Not true.
Post #385 shows audio_realtekALC-100.command
Post #386/#379 shows
audio_alc_x99-hda-100_patch.command

Read Post #386; do it.

Why is 10.10.3 AppleHDA.kext installed on 10.10.2?
Reinstalled the clean AppleHDA.kext and the 10.10.3 installation is the only one I could download off the app store, then followed your guide to extract it and then repatched.

the 10.10.3 installation is the only one I could download off the app store
For 10.10.2, use MultiBeast 7.2 - Select: Drivers > Audio > Realtek ALCxxx > √ ALC1150
plus √ Optional Optional HDAEnabler > Audio ID: 1
Run audio_alc_x99-hda-100_patch.command
Restart
Attach all files, Post #1, Problem Reporting.
