I have two DELL Optiplex 755 MiniTower with A19 Bios. I have MacOS Mountain Lion 10.8.4 running on one of them using UniBeast, Multibeast (using the latest mountain lion versions) with guidance from youtube tutorials of CPUKid. The other one is still running Lion 10.7.5.
I needed to add a Discrete GPU, so I bought two of these: Galaxy GT640 ($45 each):

It fits into the Dell 755 MT case perfectly.
The following is Speccy output, I believe, when I had Windows on one of them.

The options you want to select in MultiBeast are:
(no DSDT was used and no additional NV Kexts were needed)
EasyBeast
Intel hnak AppleIntelE1000e.kext v2.4.14
VoodooHDA 2.8.4
GraphicsEnabler=No
VerboseBoot
MacPro 3,1
Personalization:
Add CarbonCopy (http://www.bombich.com/)
Add Kext Wizard
Add Chameleon Wizard (http://www.osx86.net/view/3881-chameleon_wizard_4.2.2.html)
Add Flash (http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/)
Add Chrome (https://www.google.com/intl/en/chro...gn=en&utm_source=en-ha-na-us-bk&utm_medium=ha)
Issues Resolved / Working:
HDMI Video and Audio works with Voodoo 2.8.4 (not with 2.7.3 though) Use the second Digital Channel in Preferences/Sound
DVI->HDMI working for video or audio. Use the third / last Digital Channel in Preferences/Sound.
Three Displays working simultaneously (VGA, DVI-HDMI w/Audio, HDMI w/Audio). Audio only on one of them, obviously.
Does not wake from Sleep. Changed BIOS setting from S3 to S1 to get it working somewhat.
(Old problem) Can not log onto AppStore:
@EFI strings in /Extra/org.chameleon.Boot.plist
@delete network interfaces
@delete Library/Preferences/SystemConfiguration/NetworkInterfaces.plist
@reboot
@add network interface Ethernet (no en0!)
Issues that Remain:
Sleep/Wake: Does not Wake with BIOS Setting S3
