Have you edited your BIOS and set HPET to 64 bit?
There are many posts in the Post Install section of this site which will help with getting everything working.
Good luck

Since I upgraded to Lion my magic trackpad is jittery and unresponsive.. the left and right click are about the only thing that work. Has anyone found a fix?
I just fixed a similar audio problem on my system.. we have different motherboards, but the problem might not be related to any one motherboard... might be worth a shot ;)
I ran Multibeast 4.02 for Lion and selected the latest voodoo audio driver(0.2.7.3).. I also selected rebuild cache and...
x-Move is not giving me an option to install to my newly created 'install' partition. It wants to install on my SL partition.
The x-move package extracted onto my SL partition initially  When I reboot I don't get an option to boot into my 'install' drive to continue with the...
Re: Do we need a 100% working build before Lion?
Thanks for the feedback guys. This is my first hack and the install went pretty well. I have a couple of small issues like sleep and my mic that aren't working, but other than that it's been solid for over a week now.
I'd rather spend my time...
I have 10.6.8 working pretty well except for a few minor issues. Is it important to get everything working 100% before updating to Lion or would the time be better spent getting Lion to 100% ?
Thanks for the feedback. I have partial energy saving features. My screensaver works and when I resume my ethernet takes a few seconds to reconnect. It reconnects on it's own, so I think I'm getting S1 even though my bios is set for S3. My fans don't shut down though.
My system profile shows...
Successfully built my first hack a couple of days ago. I need help with two remaining issues:
1) I can't get sleep to work. I installed with the DSDT for my motherboard - GA-Z68-UD3H-B3 (F3 BIOS). I saw the thread for the Sleep Enabler kexts but I thought that the new DSDTs were already patched...
You might want to try an install without the video card. I have the exact same components (not sure about your hard drive). Other than switching between a usb and a regular keyboard a couple of times, the install went smoothly. I'm using the F3 Bios.
I don't have sleep working yet, but...
"@Esc...I think hdhugestech had a little trouble uploading the post install folder. You google the patcher or use the one in the tonymacx86 download section. just make sure the file is on your desktop when you use multi beast. Hope this helps!"
I ran through multi beast a couple of times and I...
Great guide! I got my first hackintosh working today within a couple of hours following 'hdhughestech' and 'Gordo74' guides.
I had the Safari freeze and fixed it by uninstalling/reinstalling flash. The only major problem I had was with the 'Post Install configuration' in the hdhughestech guide...

Re: Advice choosing motherboard - comments on 1st build
Thanks for the feedback. You're right about the RAM - I'll up that to 4 x 4Gb.
I'm looking at a couple of Lian Li mid tower cases for about $80 - $100. I know I can get a bit cheaper but I move my computer into the living room and use my...
I'm about to order components for my 1st Hackintosh - somewhere between recommended build #3 and #4. There is about $100 difference in the motherboards suggested in these two builds. I would appreciate any comments to help decide between these boards or anything in between. :?
So far I've...
I'm about to build my first hackintosh myself, so just a general comment about RAM. To take advantage of DDR3 you should install 3 modules. If you install 2 or 4 it will function as dual channel rather than triple channel.
EDIT: Incorrect advice here. Apparently the newer motherboards i.e...
