Boot in verbose mode -v and see and post the last log at which the booting stops

if you have an old ati card, the bootloader is not recognizing it, so you have to boot with GraphicsEnabler=No bootflag

load in safe mode. then open console and try finding what was preventing the system to boot. most probably it's the graphics card.

i already tried validating font book it didn't work.

the only kexts which might be doing this RadeonHD or fakesmc. thats all i've got which is non mac. i'm using dsdt. it might also be the applecomputerpowermanagement. the only message i'm getting after crash is that npvhash=4095

if your audio is alc 888 just use the included audio kexts in the archive.zip i posted previously

my Extra and Extensions folders for ep43 ud3l (just noticed that your's is ds3l, idon't thinck there's a lot of difference, if it's not gonna work, you're gonna have to create you're own dsdt. it's not that hard)

i have dsdt for the same one, once i get back home i'll upload it, one more thing is you should check which rev you have, i think mine is rev1.2. power management works really great with voodoopstates. sleep no problem

It does matter which dsdt you're using. What MB do you have?

i didn't have to. after upgrade to lion never had a fermi freeze again

that's not true. i used to have palit gts 450 and in sl it was terrible, then i got palit gtx460 pe, which was same thing in sl, but since lion came out, not even a single freeze. rarely still get kps but it's nothing connected to graphics.

i had palit gts 450, and it was easiest card to make it work. the only thing in sl there's this fermi card freeze problem. in lion it's solved. what exactly did you try to make this card work.

you don't need device id in nvdagf40hal.kext, only in nvdagf100hal

you could try gfx strings in chameleon for both cards, but then again graphicsenabler=no.
