I do have the same laptop and i want to install mac 10.10 some please send me the kexts and dsdt you are using and i have laptop with core i5 2nd gen model.

And send me the steps how to install it.

I have installed 10.10 in it but i have to boot with usb to boot in mac or windows. I have used GTP and two partitions one for mac and other for windows.
Without usb i get intel pxe.... error and dont even boot to windows.

Boot into the OS X with your USB Stick and install latest Clover EFI with Legacy/UEFI Options (Select as per your BIOS Type).

Hello Jithin.C.V and masterparth (CC: Rehabman).

I have an Lenovo Z570 myself, and i can say i have almost a perfect system, just working to finish some few details.

For your main start, if you can boot into the setup, you can boot into your installed OS.
The trick is: Follow Rehabman´s guide into preparing the Clover Bootloader for the usb install, and in order to boot (inicially, start only with cpus=1). You will boot on 100% (if you follow the guide correctly).
After instalation, just copy the EFI folder you used on the install to the PC and from that, you will need to customize the Clover bootloader to work for a beter and more aproximate MacBook Pro (Graphics, Audio, HDMI Audio, SMBios, the boot args, themes, DSDT/SSDT, kexts, etc).

I will make a guide as soon as i managed to do everything and will explain how to get there.

Until then, if you have any questions, feel free to ask.

Cheers

It is already completed... Without any of the boot flags we can install in this Laptop with both the methods (Clover/Unibeast).

And the issue was unable to boot with Chimera/Chameleon. Still the issue is there, only possible to boot with CLOVER.

If you want any help for this laptop then let me know.. Thanks for your update

The only thing i am fighting right now is to have a Proper Power Management without running cpus=1 or NullCPUPowerManagement.

Can you help me on this one?
The trick lives in the Clover Configuration i believe.

Everything else i have managed to get it working properly, just needs some refinement on the keyboard with the VoodooPS2Controller.kext and few DSDT settings to match the key bindings and everything is okay.

While using CLOVER, NullCPUPowerManagement.kext not required because you can patch the AppleIntelCPUPowerManagement.kext through CLOVER.

Post your config.plist file

Also i was not used the flag cpus=1 at any point of time.

Everything else, works properly, just needs some refinement on the keyboard with the VoodooPS2Controller.kext and few DSDT settings to match the key bindings and everything is okay.

Use this PS2Controller : https://github.com/RehabMan/OS-X-Voodoo-PS2-Controller (Check README.md file for download location)

With proper DSDT/SSDT patch you will get Brightness Controller and successful key mapping.

Ok. Will check it from there. We have CPU difference in systems. You running with I5 and for me it is I3.

Yes, so we might have a very slight difference on the DSDT and a complete different SSDT.

The rest of the configurations and kexts can be the same, for our happiness :)

By the way, which version of OSX are you using?
