my last build is z87x ud7 th has no any problem here...

I has tried everything I known even reinstall os

There some trick i have to try
1. disable XHCI on the bios will force to USB 2 (but no help)
2. use PCIe NIC USB card ( still no luck )
3. use some xHC kernel flag ( no luck )

Try BIOS settings
XHCI Mode Auto
XHCI Hand-Off Enabled
EHCI Hand-Off Enabled

No problem here with Z97X-UD3H and Roland Quad-Capture alone on the USB2 ports. All my other USB devices are connected on USB3. Rock solid as low as 48 samples.
