After updating from SL to Maverick eSATA doesn't work. (Mobo - Z77X-UD5H)
Tried to install 3d party eSATA (from MBeast 6.0) no luck.

Please anybody help, very important!!!
I work with eSATA very much.

hello, is your eSATA interface connected to one of the Marvell SATA ports on the motherboard and did you select the 3rd part eSATA option for Marvell ports in Multibeast 6.0? or are you using the eSATA connection on the rear panel?

apologies, I was going to test on mine but have realised I do not have my eSATA drive with me and am not in my home country just now so unable to test. Hopefully someone else will pick up on this.

I upgraded ML to Mavericks on mine, and installed the MultiBeast eSata kext, and it has been working just fine for me. Perhaps you have an older kext still lingering in your S/L/E that is interfering?
