Z77x-UD5H 3770k intel 520 slow boot

Hey all im getting some super slow boot times like 64 seconds not including bios screen to get into mac. just did a fresh install and takes about the same about of time and my old regular hdd. dont know what to do and some help would be great

figured it out just gotta disable integrated graphics to get it to work

which UEFI/BIOS version is running on your setup?

i have slow boot times right after power at the time BEFORE the chimaira bootloader -> so the BIOS loading "stuff"
i will figure out the Flash version of my board currently running (can't do that right now because i'm at work ;P ) but is anyone here with a hint or any idea of cleaning stuff up to speed up my boot times?

after bootloader (chimaira) selected OSX (10.8.4) the boot is wealthy fast (as i guess as fast it can go for a 7200rpm HDD - no probs there)
