First hack
Z77N-wifi
i7-3770K
Using onboard HD4000 video
Have the DVI plugged in, no other monitors plugged in.
Snow Leopard installed without any problems and after so many other reports I expected Moutain Lion to be just as easy.
Followed the directions at
http://www.tonymacx86.com/61-unibeast-install-os-x-mountain-lion-any-supported-intel-based-pc.html
Downloaded ML, (didn't install it since the directions didn't indicate that I should.)
Downloaded Unibeast for M.L. 1.7.0
Paritioned a 8GB USB drive and ran Unibeast. Took about 30 minutes but it finally completed.
Powered off the system, started it back up and pressed F12, selected the USB drive.
At the Chimera Boot Screen instead of just the one option for USB I have two options:
USB or Snow Leopard.
Chose USB and it comes up the the apple with the spinning logo.
That is all the farther that it gets. I let it sit for over an hour and it didn't get any further.
Went back and checked the BIOS to Optimized and the HDD to AHCI.
Any help will be appreciated.
