I have my system at above speed, works ok. Geekbench arnd 13.400. BUT after a new boot, HWMonitor and the Geekbench result do show only normal clockspeed, multiplier at 34. After one sleep/wake-up cycle, clockspeed 44x is recognised.

Why could it be like this ?

That is what I am saying. After a clean, cold boot, the OC does not work. After the first round of sleep n wake, it does.

Just courios to know, why it is like this.

Can live with this. No probs at all

I have the same board and chip as you. Could you please inform me of how I can go about OC mine to that? is it just as simple as changing busratio=44 ?
