Z68x ud3h b3 really weird audio issues please help me

Hello all,

just yesterday i installed 10.7.3, and my audio didnt work. So i called apple and the guy helped me fix it, but today, when i plug in my headphones, ive tried more than one pair on multiple computers, only audio from the right ear things comes out. Ive reinstalled the realtek hda 8xxx whatever thing and the AppleHDArollback.

Please help, it is starting to annoy me.

Is there something else in your S/L/E that could be related to audio? Any XXenabler installed?

Sorry, the System/Library/Extensions - folder

Hello, this probably sounds stupid, but i have no idea what to look for. I loked in my Library, and saw no extensions folder.

To enable hidden files/folders in finder windows:

1. Open Finder
2. Open the Utilities folder
3. Open a terminal window
4. Copy and paste the following line in:

defaults write com.apple.Finder AppleShowAllFiles YES

5. Press return
6. Now hold ‘alt’ on the keyboard and right click on the Finder icon
7. Click on Relaunch

You should find you will now be able to see any hidden files or folders. One you are done, perform the steps above however, replace the terminal command in step 4 with:

defaults write com.apple.Finder AppleShowAllFiles NO

Where is the systems/library/extensions folder, what do i do from there?

I have found the s/l/e file. I did find a realtek RTL81xx.kext, is that the problem?

Case closed, my hd audio cable was not plugged in all the way.
