Z490 Realtek keep turning unplugged

I had the Realtek working normally and suddenly network disconnected and in network preferences It Turing to unplugged then plugged repeatedly after 2 seconds.

Have tried another working ethernet cable but the problem still.
I tried to deleted the Ethernet connection from the system preferences and add a new one but problems still.

Any ideas?

if you have changed the port/cable/switch and few drivers and it still remains know that the realtek drivers are really bad. i have been using them for years too then i started troubleshooting slow performance on the network and it was the driver. its made to just somehow work but never with all features you get in windows. your best option is to buy an Intel card which works OOB. I purchased mine from an online retailer which is selling used server hardware. really cheap.
i know its no help with your current problem just try to save you the pain. i believe the realtek driver will never work properly
