Just on an off chance -- in my build thread, GertyMcGee is using a 5700 and he tried a different DP port on the card. He found that some did not output a signal.

Wow thank you for this, saved me a lot of time! I was getting denied (/) symbol on boot from clover, just switched from one HDMI port to another on the 5700XT and it worked.
