Z270 GAMING PRO CARBON Boot Error

Sierra was installed but when i try to boot off the ssd its installed on I keep getting this error message. I'm fairly new to this so help would be great.

Can you please explain the process for OsxAptioFixDrv-64.efi instead of OsxAptioFix2Drv-64.efi even I face the same issue sometimes.
