Z170X-UD3 Ultra "Mac OS Could not be installed on your computer"

Please Help... Driving myself crazy trying to solve this..

This is my first Hackintosh and I thought things were going smoothly until I actually started the OS X install process

The install will start but then freezes at 11% then eventually quits and leaves me at the "MacOS coulee not be installed on your computer" screen.

Profiles need to contain at least your primary system to assist others with helping you
