If your CPU supports VT-d, disable it
If your system has CFG-Lock, disable it
If your system has Secure Boot Mode, disable it
Set OS Type to Other OS
If your system has IO SerialPort, disable it
Set XHCI Handoff to Enabled

I never had a message like yours

On 10.15.1, some older mobos may incompatible with AppleIntelMCEReporter when using SMBIOS MacPro6,1/MacPro7,1 or iMacPro1,1, may need AppleMCEReporterDisabler.kext or latest lilu + CPUFriend.kext to disable AppleIntelMCEReporter.

See below link for detail

Its not because of older boards, its because of dual CPUs. I have the same issue on my Dual CPU board. Apple added the AppleIntelMCEReporter for all their Xeon CPU models. None of them have dual CPUs. It first happened in 10.15 beta 4. CPUFriend nor a disabler kext can disable it with the release of 10.15.1, the models are embedded in the driver now.

I have no way of disabling CFG-Lock in the bios, I read somewhere I had to patch the bios to disable it (I'm not doing that).
It's working with OpenCore as I can disable it with:
AppleCpuPmCfgLock: NO
AppleXcpmCfgLock: NO

no idea if/how that can be done with clover.

hmmm maybe change
/Kernel/Quirks/ExternalDiskIcons:YES
to
/Kernel/Quirks/ExternalDiskIcons:NO

but if you do that, external usb drives might appear with internal icons.

where is it? in Clover?

Not clover. It's opencore, I use xcode to edit the file

Oh I don't use opencore, but I added my SSDT-NVMe-extern-icon-patch to CLOVER/ACPI/PATCHED folder and it work!
