Youtube Video Freeze and FaceTime not working after sleep

Hi everyone,

I have completed my build recently and there is only 2 problems left. One of them is I can't play youtube video after sleep/wake, and My FaceTime doesn't show camera after sleep/wake(it works fine before going to sleep).

I have been searching around but I did not find any real solutions. So anyone?

My Build:

Mobo: Gigabyte Z170XP-SLI
CPU: i7-6700k
GPU: XFX RX 480
External Camera: Logitech C615

Look at the logs in Console after sleep first thing id check is your Graphics card. Also check if Native CPU Powermanagement is implemented by looking for X86PlatformPlugin also AppleLPC in ioreg. [Guide] How to Make a Copy of IOReg | tonymacx86.com

Thank you Bob, I used the one written by Cnath about how to enable RX 480, and I have looked through all the posts about youtube and webcam but I can't fixed them.
