Yosimite installed but problems

I have installed Yosemite, but i have ran into two problems, the first problem is that half of my usb ports don't work. The second problem is that the OS can't boot on it's own as I have to have the install USB to bring up a boot selection screen.

I have used multibeast's both EasyBeast and DSDT Free options and I don't think it has done much.

How to get a working bootloader for Yosimite?
Fix for USB ports?

This is not the correct place to ask for help. There is a different thread for that.
You would have more luck asking in that thread.

Also, how do you expect people to help you if you don't give any information about your system.
