Yosemite with GTX 770 and Xonar Essence STX?

Hey,

I thought about using my Windows Gaming RIG as a Dualboot OS X Workstation.
My mainboard and cpu should work according to the forums (Gigabyte GA-Z87X-UD5H and an Intel i7 4770K).

But will my Palit Jetstream GTX 770 work? Also is there any possibility to get my ASUS Xonar Essence STX to work?

Your GTX 770 should work just fine.
The Asus Xonar Essence STX is unlikely to work as there are no drivers from the manufacturer. You could try using a Universal VoodooHDA option in MultiBeast as suggested here:

Well would be an option I guess, since I don't need any of the features just sound without using the onboard card. I'll try that thanks!
