Yosemite Web Driver Problem

After editing the SystemVersion.plist file in the System/Library/CoreServices
for one specific install of a program, my nvidia driver manager loads only the OSX Default driver.
I did uninstall it and reinstall again but somehow it thinks i am still running in the 10.9.1 osx.
I have never seen anything like this before. Does someone knows how to fix it?

yes all is correct there. The Build number is correct too.

no and i am not familiar with this.
is this the command?
sudo touch /System/Library/Extensions && sudo kextcache -u /

after running this command, i did an restart and the driver loaded just normally!!
