Yosemite Temperature Sensors

iStat and FakeSMC Plugins only showing HardDrive Temperatures. No CPU/GPU/Mobo

Mavericks Temparture Sensors showed everything.

You probably need both:
Drivers>Misc>FakeSMC v6.11.1328 Plugins
Drivers>Misc>FakeSMC v6.11.1328 HWMonitor Application

That is correct. I installed istat5, which didn't get the CPU and GPU Temps at first as you described.
I reinstalled FakeSMC v6.11.1328, and installed FakeSMC v6.11.1328 Plugins and FakeSMC v6.11.1328 HWMonitor Application.

Both Istat and HWMonitor now get all temps:
