Hello..
Did you have to patch the bios first ?

No that all I done

Thanks.
Im going to get the h61h2-I tomorrow. it should be easy with no bios patch

Getting kernel panic.
Launchd died/nState at last exception

UPDATE
had to add cpus=1 to boot flag.

I have an ECS H61H2-I with G2030T and system must set cpus=1 to boot. It seems no one has the solution.

After the kext was installed, now the system is able to boot without cpus=1. Actually I saw others talk about this kext when their system has similar issue. But I thought voodoo kext is for audio and I didn't pay attention. Thanks a lot!
By the way, I found the CPU fan control on ECS H61H2-I does not work as I expected. When I configure an initial speed, it will stay in that speed and never increase its speed with heavy load. But I can use HWMonitor to control the fan speed well. Do you see this issue on your ECS H61H2-I?

Actual I didn't noticed that. I'll look into that. Before I had it over to my brother. Also does your optical audio work? I've got 3.5mm aux and Hdmi via graphics card working.

Wow, that is great. I use a cheap MSI HD 6450 and plan to work on its HDMI audio and noisy fan next. As the optical output, it does not work in Windows 8 yet and that maybe is the A/V receiver problem. My wife always complains when I turn on A/V receiver when I watch movies :silent:. Therefore, I just use HDMI audio with TV and A/V receiver had been idle for at least two years.
